Lacey Hoagland

A lifelong resident of West Central Illinois, Lacey Hoagland has strong roots in the area. In 2020, she began her real estate career as Office Manager for Ridgeline Sales Group and became a licensed broker that same year. She continued her real estate education, earning her Managing Broker license and later serving as Ridgeline’s Designated Managing Broker. Lacey is licensed in Illinois and Missouri and specializes in residential real estate, land, and commercial properties.

Lacey has been married to her husband, Joe, for 20 years, and they have two daughters, Maggie and Josie. Lacey and Joe live on their family farm in Calhoun County and farm in both Calhoun and Pike Counties. This firsthand experience gives Lacey valuable knowledge of land and agriculture that she brings to her work with land buyers and sellers. More recently, she has ventured into house flipping, adding another perspective on property potential, renovations, and real estate investment.

Outside of work, Lacey enjoys camping, boating, watching the St. Louis Cardinals, and cheering on Josie at her college volleyball games.
