Susan Slemmer brings a strategic and customer-focused approach to real estate, combining her deep background in marketing and partnerships with a passion for helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process. Susan understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in life, and she’s committed to making the experience as smooth and rewarding as possible. Before transitioning into real estate, Susan spent 17 seasons with the St. Louis Rams as Director of Marketing Partnerships, where she managed and sold team partnerships, including the team’s naming rights. She led the partnership support department, oversaw strategic marketing initiatives, and developed creative activation strategies that enhanced fan engagement and business growth. This experience sharpened her ability to negotiate deals, build strong relationships, and deliver results — skills that now benefit her real estate clients.

A graduate of Central Missouri State University, Susan was a standout student-athlete in cross-country and track, earning numerous conference and regional honors. Her competitive spirit and leadership as a two-year team captain carry over into her real estate career, where she is dedicated to guiding clients with confidence and integrity.

Susan is also deeply connected to her community. She has served on the local St. Louis Ronald McDonald House Charities committee and the Board of Directors at Mercy Health Foundation.

Susan lives just outside of Edwardsville, IL, near the small farming community of Dorsey, with her husband of 25 years, Ben, and their son, Luke. Ben owns Log Home Taxidermy, where Susan manages the business’s marketing and assists in the studio. When she’s not working with clients, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors.
