About Nick Cain
Nick Cain is a lifelong resident of Alton, Godfrey, Jerseyville and surrounding communities. He has worked with the public for over 15 years. Bob Johnson, his grandfather and well-known businessman in the Riverbend Area, taught Nick from a very young age hard work, loyalty, and respect. In his free time, he surrounds himself with family and friends, especially outdoors in this greatly resourceful and historic area of Illinois. Nick Cain has a passion for the outdoors. He grew up on the Bluffs over the Mississippi River and started working for the family business at a very young age. Nick has over 20 years of experience in marketing and management. He loves hunting, fishing, and just walking properties. Nick has several years of experience selling farms, agricultural land, and recreational properties in Illinois. No piece of land is too large or too small for him to visualize its highest and best use. Over the past few years he has specialized in Rural Residential, Land Auctions, Farm Liquidation, Waterfront, and Equestrian Properties. Nick prides himself in loyalty, integrity, and honesty.
