As a Land Agent, you will conduct market research to accurately determine the value of land and develop effective marketing plans to attract potential buyers. You will manage property listings and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
In this role, you will provide expert advice to clients on land management, including soil types, topography, and wildlife identification. It will be essential for you to attend industry events and stay up-to-date on trends in the real estate market to effectively advise clients.
Collaboration is crucial in this position, as you will work closely with our office team and real estate professionals to ensure smooth and successful transactions. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
