Bidding starts for January 4th @ 8AM and will soft close January 17th @ 2PM for Tract 1&2 – Tract 3 will soft close at 3PM.

Tract 1 offers 388.88 acres of mostly tillable Illinois River bottom farmland. FSA maps show 381.34 tillable acres. Recent yields resulted in 2023 corn at 218 BU/A and 2024 soybeans at 71 BU/A. There was 465 tons of lime applied in November of 2023. This farm has been tiled in strategic areas and includes two irrigation pivots. Pivot 1 is a 2009 Reinke and irrigates approximately 200 acres. Pivot 2 is a 1990 Reinke (with many updates in the last two years) and irrigates approximately 70 acres. Both Pivots have all electric power with 3 phase converter, a fertigation injection pump and a FieldWise local and remote control capability with GPS position monitoring. This pivot has all electric power with 3 phase converter, a fertigation injection pump and a FieldWise local and remote control capability with GPS position monitoring. The well is approximately 75 feet deep with the pump sitting at 50 ft deep. Access is available from the South and East. This farm is selling free of tenancy for the 2025 farming season.
